Paws’itive Teams is entirely run by a dedicated group of volunteers. All money donated is applied to the general fund and is used as directed by the Board of Directors in order to fulfill the mission of providing service dogs to persons who have mobility-limiting disabilities.

Paws’itive Teams has 501(c)(3) status with the IRS.  We depend heavily on donations to fulfill our mission.  All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

• Cash Donations
  Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis To provide supplies, training, and on-going follow-up and support for as long as the team is together.
• Special Occasion Dontations
  A great idea to honor someone special for a holiday, birthday or other special occasion.
• Memorial Donations
  In memory of a loved person or pet.
• Employer Matching Gift Programs
  Many corporate employers will match a charitable donation to a 501c3 and double or even triple the amount of your gift with the benefit going to Paws'itive Teams. Please check with your employer's Human Resources department to see if they have a Matching Gifts Program.
• Gift Certificates
  Gift certificates to Petsmart or Petco are a wonderful way to help us obtain the many supplies that our dogs in-training need!
• Tickets
  Tickets for San Diego attractions such as the Reuben H. Fleet Space Theatre, Scripps Aquarium, Sea World, Natural History Museum, Old Globe Theatre. These can be used for outings and practice and practice sessions with graduate teams and pups in-training.
• Stock
  Publicly traded securities donated through a transfer of the securities provides an excellent opportunity for a tax deduction. The transfer of appreciated stocks can help you to avoid capital gains taxes you would be liable for if you sold the stocks.

• Our Endowment Program
  An endowment to Paws’itive Teams will help ensure the future of our organization. We are proud to be a Nonprofit Partner participating in the Endow San Diego initiative conducted by The San Diego Foundation*. Please email us to learn more about our Endowment Program.

Become a Puppy Sponsor

Are you looking for a community project which also will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy?
